Jelly Belly Mixing and Uniform Multinomial Distribution
Jelly Belly gourmet jellybeans have not always been the household name they are today. The product of Fairfield California’s Jelly Belly Candy Company first gained its national recognition during Ronald Reagan’s presidential inauguration in 1981. Reagan ordered more than three tons (2.4 million beans) of the gourmet jellybeans to help celebrate his inauguration and propelled the beans into the national spotlight.
