Goodness of Wit Test #17: Mock Offering
Let’s continue our tour through the wide world of word puzzles with a shuffled quote, another puzzle type well known to The National Puzzlers’ League, NPL. The NPL instructions are as follows:
Rearrange the characters in each column to form a quote. A * or ^ appears before capitalized words (* indicates a name, ^ indicates a word that is uncapitalized in regular usage). If there is no punctuation or * or ^ between adjacent words, then _ is inserted between them to represent the space. The text is broken into four rows and the characters in each column [are] then sorted vertically. Some content is only viewable by ASA Members who subscribe to CHANCE.
